Arrival Time

Please aim to arrive at or before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service.

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policies

The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed, or cancelled without sufficient notice, we’re often unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business. 

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, we request at least 24 hours notice. 48 hours is preferred whenver possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service. This includes appointment modifications such as removing a service from an appointment. A missed appointment will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled services. 

If you’re unable to commit to appointments in advance, we recommend calling at us 207-358-8083 and asking to be placed on our Wait List. Should an opening in our schedule occur, you will receive a text notification and will have the opportunity to reserve that time for yourself. 

Refunds

Product Refunds
Client safety and product integrity matters to us; therefore, product refunds or exchanges are only accepted on a limited basis. Only sealed, unopened, unused products will be accepted when accompanied by a receipt dated within 10 days of purchase. Opened products are considered to be contaminated and will not be eligible for refund or return.

Service Refunds
To ensure you receive a favorable outcome, we perform thorough consultations that require your participation and honest feedback. All service sales are final. Should your outcome not match your expectations, please contact Jenna directly.
