Product Refunds & Returns 

Client safety and product integrity matters to us; therefore, product refunds or exchanges are only accepted on a limited basis. Only sealed, unopened, and unused products will be accepted when accompanied by a receipt dated within 10 days of purchase. Opened products are considered to be contaminated and will not be eligible for refund or return.

Approved refunds will be issues to the original form of payment once the product is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
